First Grader!

First Day of 1rst Grade!! I can't believe he is in 1rst grade now! (all day is sure nice though!) He was so excited for the first day of school. We went the day before and met his teacher and found his desk and where the bus picks him up and I think he was a little nervous about this new school and being there all day! I had to work on his first day but Richard drove them to school to make sure he was ok (and Easton was ok too! lol) When he got home from school and I asked him how his first day of 1rst grade was he said it was fine but it was so LOOOOONG! Poor 1rst graders just not used to being there all day!

Fifth Grader!

Eliott's first day of school! He is a big bad 5th Grader now! He is way too cool for me now! On his first day I took him to school. (It is a new school) He didn't even want to walk by me! Oh well I guess that means he's just growing up and soon he will be a teenager...AGH!!!

Slumber Party!

Dominic,Anthony and Zach came to spend the night with us and the kids had a great time in the backyard with the hose!!!! It's amazing how a hose with water is so entertaining! Jaedyn and Zack were amused for hours!!

Liberty Park!

Pioneer Day @ Liberty Park!! This has become a tradition for us because in my opinion they put on the BEST firework show ever! We have a great little spot right where they light them off. One year we were so close I actually got burned by one of the ashes! Good times and Happy Birthday Utah!

WTF.....

Today I am not going to gripe or complain ( I know shocking!) I am simply going to ask one question.......... Why is it that when you see somebody you have not seen for a while they tell you how good you look? As if the last time you seen them you looked.... not so good or what? I just don't get it!! Please explain......................

Okay I must sound like a bitch here but I just have to get this off my chest! Last night Steph and I went to the gym and let's just face it I am not the world's smallest person so I'm pretty sure that there are some people who are thinking look at the fat girl, but I don't care. What I cannot stand is the 20 year old girls who have not had kids and they have these cute perfect bodies and they are always complaining that they are sooooo fat! SHUT UP skinny bitch! Also for you guys out there who think you are sooooo sexy that you must bench press 6,000 lbs and then run to the mirror and lift up your shirt to make sure your six pack abs are still there, let me just tell you that it is in NO way shape or form attractive ok??? Ok now that that is settled (phew I feel better, how about you?) update on Eliott, He is fine now back to his old self fighting with his brother and sister and eating like a champ!!! (For those who were worried!)

WTF.....

Okay so I work in a grocery store as most know and I just have to let something off my chest about how annoying people can be... If you are these people please STOP!So 90 percent of my day I am out on the floor stocking the shelves or facing them and 99 percent of the time I am wearing a bright RED shirt that says "SMITH'S" the sleeve and let's not forget to mention that I am also requires to wear a name badge that in bright red reads "SMITH'S" and then is followed by my name AND how long I have worked for the company. So are you still with me? There are people who will walk by and ask...... (u ready?) "Excuse me, do you work here?" ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Does it look like I work here? No I just dress up like the employees at Smith's and come hang out here all day and make sure thier shelves are full, but no I do not work here!!!!!!!!! Of course I work here you IDIOT!!! What is it that Jeff Foxworthy says?.... Here is your sign!!!!

A little bit better....

So Eliott is doing better now, as of right this moment he is eating ramen noodles!!!! YA!!! I am excited about this because for 10 days now he has not eaten. And for those who know Eliott this is a big deal because he is my big eater! I think that he has probably lost 20 lbs. I was getting really worried but I think he finally has his appetite back so for the most part he is getting better, slowly but surely! We will go see the Dr. on Wednesday and I'm sure soon he will be back to his old self!

A Weekend In Starvation!

So this weekend we packed up a few things (a few ha ya right!) and headed to our property in Dushene to go camping. Our property sits a few miles off Starvation Lake so we like to go up every few weeks and hang out it's fun! The kids had a great time except for the millions and I am not exxagerating here, millions of mesquitos. I could not believe how many there were! We were being taken over by mesqitos.....(Twilight Zone music is now playing......!) So we headed for the beach for a little R&R and some mud fightin for the kids! Then we hung out by the fire for awhile and went to bed! The next day we headed down to the lake for a few hours and then we pac

ked up and came home! It was a nice little getaway!

Okay so first Eliott seems to be improving! We have figured out a way for him to take his horse pills (crushing them and putting them in yogurt BLAH!) but he takes them and that is all that matters! So he has kinda been arguing with Easton today, another sign that he is on the road to recovery! He still has not eaten anything except yogurt but plenty of fluids so we will see!
Next I have noticed as I have been blog stalking that most blogs are full of just words... which is fine for some people but I usually don't have much to say but I love pictures (If u couldn't already tell) and so you might not find as much text on my blog as others but you will find some of the cutest pictures of the cutest kids in the WHOLE WIDE WORLD!!!!!!

Update

Just wanted to update about Eliott it has only been a few hours but already he has improved! He is again fighting and arguing with his brother end sister and has not laid on couch all day!! He has gotten plenty of rest but seems to be ok now. The pharmacy I went to did not have the right perscription for him. He has a hard time swollowing pills and so the dr. gave him the liquid form but they were all out so we got pills and let me tell you how much fun that has been it is almost time for his last dose today so I am going to get ready for work and leave that one to Richard!

Eliott so Sick!!

So we just got home from Primary Children's Hospital. As most know Eliott had Strept throat. On Friday he began to feel sick. Thurs. morn he complained of a sore neck and i just thought he slept on it wrong. Sat he began to run a fever so I took him to the InstaCare where they diagnosed him with Strept and gave him a shot of Penicillin in his butt!(Took me and three nurses to hold this kid down for that!) So we brought him home and thought that he would start feeling better. Well we thought wrong, by Mon morn he was not getting any better and he still had a very high fever. I called the InstaCare who told me to wait until it had been 72 hours since his shot. So I waited until Tues afternoon and called again. After listening to him cry all day and him still having a fever I knew something was wrong. His neck was so swollen and his breath was the most horrible smell ever! Steph suggested I call the InstaCare back even though it had not been 72 hours, so I did and they suggested I take him to the Hospital. So after they started an I.V. because he was dehydrated and the cat scan to rule out an abscess they finally decided that he had a mild case of mono, strept and tonsillitis. So needless to say he is still feeling really crappy and all day he is complaining that he is hot so he has taken 3 cold showers today! I hope that he is feeling better soon and I will keep you posted!

A Day @ Deer Creek!!

We spent the day at the lake today and it was so relaxing! We used to do this all the time but we haven't lately and I am so glad that we decided to! The kids had alot of fun(except poor Eliott who has strept throat!) The water was cold at first but once you got used to it, it felt nice! I got alot of sun! (so did Charity, how's your arms!) All in all it was a great relaxing day at the lake and one we will have to do again soon!!!!

Dominic & Anthony's Birthday Party

Today was Dominic and Anthony's Birthday Party! Dom is 8 and Ant is 7! They had thier Birthday Party at Classic skating! The first pic is Dom and Ant, then Ant and Zack! They had so much stuff to do there the kids has a ton fun! they had these huge bounce toys and a huge jungle gym, with laser tag and skating and swimming! It sure has changed since i used to go there!

So now I have this stupid blog and it is the only damn thing that i want to do now!! So much for housework and dinner, u can forget it! (sorry babe!) Thanks a whole lot Steph!!!! No I am only kidding I think this is a great idea I can't believe that i didn't think of it before! Now if only doing my scrapbook was this easy it would actually be done and I wouldn't have 300 boxes of pictures!!! Oh well I guess I can think of worse things to be addicted to!!! lol

So we spent the day today swimming the kids had alot of fun. My kids are like little fish~ Eliott is always the first in the water and the last one out! I think that Jaedyn will be just like him!
